Do they stay on while I move around?

They grip the contour under the eye and stay put while you sit or potter; for the best contact, sit still for the ten minutes.

What does the EMS feel like?

A light tingle or flutter under the eye. On level 3 it's a small twitch. Most people stay on 1 or 2.

Does red light do anything?

How is this different from the LED eye mask?
