Refund policy

At Almorio, we want you to love what you buy. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee with free return shipping on every order - no restocking fees, no fuss.
This policy explains how returns and refunds work, your rights, and how to request a return.
1. Our 30-day return window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for any reason. After 30 days, we're unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange (this does not affect your statutory rights - see Sections 6 and 7 below).
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition in which you received it - for hygiene reasons, beauty tools that show signs of use cannot be returned;
- In its original packaging, with all tags, inserts, and accessories intact; and
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number or order confirmation email is sufficient).
We reserve the right to refuse a return or to apply a partial refund if the returned item shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components.
3. How to request a return
Requesting a return is quick and simple:
Option 1 - through your account (recommended)
- Log in to your Almorio account using the email address you used to place the order.
- Find the relevant order in your order history.
- Click "Request a return" and follow the on-screen instructions.
Option 2 - by email Email us at support@almorio.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your return request is approved, we'll email you:
- A prepaid return shipping label, and
- Clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please do not send items back to us before requesting a return. Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.
4. Return shipping
Return shipping is free when you use the prepaid label we provide. We currently cover the return cost on all standard returns within the UK - there's no charge to you and no restocking fee.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear within 10 business days of approval, although your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't seen the refund, please email us at support@almorio.com and we'll look into it straight away.
6. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you've received the wrong product, contact us at support@almorio.com within 7 days of delivery, ideally with a photo of the issue. We'll evaluate and put it right - whether that means a replacement, an exchange, or a full refund (including any return shipping costs you incurred).
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Nothing in this policy limits those statutory rights.
7. Your right to cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
If you live in the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. To exercise this right:
- Notify us within 14 days of delivery, by email at support@almorio.com, that you wish to cancel.
- Return the item to us within 14 days of giving us notice. The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging.
We will refund the price of the item, plus standard outbound delivery costs (where applicable), within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return. We may reduce the refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, in line with the Regulations.
In practice, our 30-day return policy is more generous than your statutory cooling-off period, so you can use whichever is more convenient.
8. Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
- Items that have been used, opened beyond initial inspection, or are no longer in original packaging - for hygiene and resale reasons.
- Items returned without an approved return request (please follow Section 3 first).

9. Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to:
- Return your original item using the process in Section 3, and
- Place a new order for the replacement item separately.
Both transactions are processed independently, and your refund for the returned item will be issued as set out in Section 5.
