Thanks for shopping with Almorio. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Where we deliver

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We don't yet offer international shipping, but we hope to expand in the future.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will begin processing the next working day.

You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our fulfilment centre.

Delivery options & rates

All orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre. At checkout, you can choose from the following delivery options:

Delivery times are estimates based on carrier performance and begin once your order has been dispatched, not when it's placed. Total time from order to delivery includes our 1-3 working day processing time.

We deliver via trusted UK couriers including Royal Mail, Yodel, and Evri. The carrier assigned to your order is selected based on the delivery option chosen and your address.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow its progress from our warehouse to your door. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 3 working days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first, and then contact us at support@almorio.com if you still can't find it.

Delays & lost packages

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times above, occasional delays can happen due to weather, courier issues, peak periods, or events outside our control.

If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 7 working days, or if your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please contact us at support@almorio.com. We'll work with the courier to investigate and put it right.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to reroute it. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be subject to a reshipping fee.

If you spot a mistake in your address before your order ships, email us at support@almorio.com as quickly as possible - we'll do our best to update it before dispatch, but we can't guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Missed deliveries

If you're not in when your courier attempts delivery, they'll typically leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel from a local depot or pickup point. Parcels that aren't collected or rearranged within the courier's holding period will be returned to us, and may be subject to a reshipping fee.

Damaged or missing items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your package arrives damaged, or anything is missing, contact us at support@almorio.com within 7 days of delivery, ideally with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
