Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Air dry. Don't machine wash – it'll be fine, but the buckle won't thank you.

What size bottle does it take?

Standard 500 ml sports bottles and most 500 ml shop bottles (about 6.5–7 cm across). Wider 750 ml bottles won't fit.

Will it bounce when I run?

Pull the strap snug and sit the bag on your hip bone or lower back; the over-strap keeps the bottle from jumping. It's steadier than a hand-held bottle and far steadier than a rucksack.

Does it fit over a coat?

Yes – the strap goes out to 120 cm, so it fits over a winter jacket or a larger waist.

Can I wear it across my body?

Yes. Shorten the strap and wear it across the chest or over one shoulder; that's how most people use it as a day bag.

Is it waterproof?

Water-resistant. It'll keep your phone dry in a shower; it won't keep it dry in a river.
