Cordless Handheld Neck & Shoulder Massager – Long-Handle Kneading Massager for Neck, Shoulders, Arms & Legs
It doesn't vibrate. It squeezes. That's the difference.
Most handheld massagers hum against your skin. This one grips. Two soft silicone fingers close and release around the muscle – the same pinch-and-roll a good massage therapist does with a thumb and forefinger along the top of your shoulder – and the long, curved handle means you can reach the back of your own neck without twisting your arm behind your head. Sit back, hook it over your shoulder, and let it work.
How it feels
Set it to low and it's a gentle, rhythmic squeeze. Set it to high and it's a deep, proper knead – the kind you'd normally have to ask someone for. Because it's kneading rather than vibrating, there's no numb, buzzy feeling afterwards, and it's quiet enough to use with the telly on.
What you get
Twin kneading fingers. Soft, dimpled silicone pads on a geared head that pinch and release, over and over. They flex to fit the curve of your neck, shoulder, arm or thigh.
Long reach handle. 34.5 cm, curved like a 7, with the weight up at the head so your hand isn't doing the work. Hook it over either shoulder and the head lands exactly where the knots are.
Three intensity levels, one button. Tap once to start, tap again to change. The ring light changes colour so you know where you are without looking.
Adjustable head angle. A slider on top sets how wide the fingers open – tighter for a neck, wider for a thigh or calf.
Not just necks. Upper arms after a gym session, forearms after a day at a keyboard, thighs and calves after a long walk or run. Anywhere you can pinch, it can knead.
Cordless, USB-C. 3000 mAh battery, charges from your phone cable or a power bank.
Auto shut-off. Sessions time out on their own 10/15 min, so you can't overdo it on the sofa.
Light and grippy. 540 g, with a non-slip handle finish in warm cream. Looks like something from a spa, not a toolbox.
Who it's for
Anyone who ends the day rubbing their own shoulder: desk workers, drivers, hairdressers, nurses, gamers, parents who've been carrying a toddler on one hip all afternoon. Runners and gym-goers for tight quads and calves. And anyone who lives alone and misses having someone to say "just there – no, a bit lower" to.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from a massage gun?
A massage gun hammers; this one squeezes. Guns are good for big muscles like glutes and quads; kneading is better for the long, ropey muscles along the top of your shoulders and up your neck, where a gun is too aggressive and too fiddly to aim.
Can I reach my own neck with it?
Yes – that's what the long handle is for. Hook it over one shoulder, hold the handle in front of you, and the fingers sit either side of the muscle at the base of your neck.
Does it pinch hard?
On level 3, yes – firmly. Most people settle on level 2. It's meant to feel like strong thumbs, not a clamp.
Can I use it on my legs?
Yes. Set the head to its widest position for thighs and calves. It's popular with runners for tight calves.
Is it noisy?
There's a soft mechanical whir as the gears turn – quieter than a massage gun and much quieter than a shiatsu cushion.
