Heated Lumbar Massage Pillow – Electric Lower Back Massager with Heat, Vibration & Air Stretch, Memory Foam
Lie down. Press one button. Let your lower back unclench.
Slide it under the small of your back, lie flat, and three things happen. Warmth spreads across your lumbar muscles. Two motors start a low, steady hum either side of your spine. And the pillow itself slowly rises and falls – inflating to lift and gently stretch your lower back, then easing you back down. Fifteen minutes of that and the stiffness you've carried since lunchtime has gone.
Three things in one pillow
- Heat. A constant, gentle warmth across the whole lumbar area – the sort that makes tight muscles let go. Not a hot spot, a warm zone.
- Vibration. Two motors set into the memory foam, positioned to sit either side of your spine. Steady and deep rather than buzzy.
- Air-cushion stretch. The clever bit. An air chamber inside inflates and deflates in a slow cycle, lifting your lower back into a gentle arch and letting it settle again. It feels like a slow, supported stretch – the one your physio tells you to do and you never do.
Use them one at a time on Manual, or press Auto and it cycles through all three.
Built like a proper pillow
High-density memory foam. Firm enough to hold you up, soft enough to sink into. Won't go flat.
Bow-tie shape. The raised ends support your sides if you roll over; the dip in the middle cradles your spine when you're on your back. It's 58 cm wide, so it doesn't shift when you do.
Works for your neck too. Turn it round, tuck it under your neck, and the same heat, hum and lift ease a stiff neck and the base of your skull. Also good under the knees to take the pressure off your lower back while you read.
Two buttons, no manual required. Long-press to turn on, short-press to switch function. Big, backlit, obvious – easy for a parent or grandparent.
Soft knit cover in grey, with honeycomb-textured panels where your body sits.
Mains powered. Plug in and it's ready – no charging, no running flat mid-session. 1.5 m lead, so keep it near a socket or use an extension.
Who it's for
Anyone with a lower back that's stiff first thing, achy after a day at a desk, or grumbling after gardening, driving or lifting the shopping. People who spend the evening on the sofa with a hand pressed into the small of their back. And anyone who can't get comfortable in bed – it's a lumbar support pillow first and a massager second.

Frequently asked questions
Is it a massager or a pillow?
Both. Unplugged, it's a firm memory-foam lumbar support pillow you can use in bed or behind you on the sofa. Plugged in, it heats, vibrates and stretches.
What does the air stretch feel like?
A slow lift under the small of your back, held for a few seconds, then a slow release. Gentle, not forceful – think of it as a supported stretch, not a pull.
Can I use it sitting up?
Yes. Put it between your lower back and the chair or sofa and lean into it – the heat and vibration work fine that way. The stretch is best lying down.
Will it help with sciatica or a slipped disc?
It's a comfort product for easing everyday stiffness, not a treatment. If you have sciatica, a disc problem or ongoing back pain, speak to your GP or physio before using heat or vibration on your back.
Is it noisy?
There's a low hum from the motors and a soft hiss as the cushion inflates. Fine with the telly on; you'd hear it in a silent bedroom.
